Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Clearpath Orchard Care Services supports families and individuals in Buffalo with personal care and coordination. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for visit scheduling. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with caregiver training. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Buffalo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
