Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

We are growing our team at Bright Meridian Care Services and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be regulatory reporting. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for visit scheduling. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with caregiver training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Salt Lake City. • We reply to every applicant.
