Nova Loom Pharma is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on regulatory reporting for quality documentation, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for quality documentation. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with release testing. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Omaha. • We reply to every applicant.
