Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Rivermark Cross Banking Services is a regional lender in Albuquerque with branches and a growing mobile service. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for account openings. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with branch operations. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Albuquerque. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
