Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Nova Drift Banking Services Group provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Reno. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for deposit accounts. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with branch operations. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Reno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
