Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Redstone Meridian Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Richmond, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 44 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for equipment calibration. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with scheduling. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Richmond. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
