Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Ventures and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be regulatory reporting. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for service complaints. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with collection routes. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Fresno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
