Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

We are growing our team at Lumen Quarry Transit Planning Group and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be regulatory reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for accessibility audits. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with fare systems. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Oakland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
