Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Lumen Forge Energy supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Louisville. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 52 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for meter readings. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with outage response. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Louisville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
