Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Harborlight Union Civic Services is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on regulatory reporting for permits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 925 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for permits. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with case files. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Wichita. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
