Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Lumen West Care Services is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on regulatory reporting for licensing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for licensing. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with care plans. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Cincinnati. • We reply to every applicant.
