Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Bright Meadow Financial is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on regulatory reporting for customer onboarding, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for customer onboarding. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with vendor spend. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Tampa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
