Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Redstone Keystone Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Milwaukee serving households and small businesses. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for loan files. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with deposit accounts. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Milwaukee. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
