Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Lumen Meridian Inspection Services is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on regulatory reporting for field inspections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for field inspections. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with client sites. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in San Jose. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
