Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

We are growing our team at Summit Union Banking Services Group and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be regulatory reporting. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for loan files. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with account openings. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Sacramento. • We reply to every applicant.
