Bluepeak Cross Banking Services is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on regulatory reporting for branch operations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for branch operations. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with account openings. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in San Antonio. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
