Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Bluepeak Loom Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around Madison, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 718 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for materials orders. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with safety records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Madison. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
