Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Summit Union Banking Services Partners provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Spokane. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 109 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for account openings. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with card disputes. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Spokane. • We reply to every applicant.
