Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Stonegate Lantern Construction Group is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on regulatory reporting for subcontractor invoices, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for subcontractor invoices. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with project schedules. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Tampa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
