Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Bright Ivory Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in Charlotte working with agencies and riders. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. We value plain explanations. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for service alerts. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with accessibility audits. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Charlotte. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
