Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Northwind Sparrow Transit Planning Group is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on regulatory reporting for ridership counts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for ridership counts. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with route schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Minneapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
