Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Redstone Juniper Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Oakland, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for test reports. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with equipment calibration. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Oakland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
