Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Harborlight Rowan Health Group is a healthcare provider in Indianapolis with clinics and support teams, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for electronic records. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with patient scheduling. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Indianapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
