Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Ember Financial Group and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be regulatory reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for customer onboarding. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with vendor spend. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Buffalo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
