Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Lumen Stone Telecom Group is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on regulatory reporting for customer tickets, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for customer tickets. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with field visits. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Fresno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
