Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Foxglove Vista Water Authority operates treatment plants and pipelines around Louisville. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for meter reading. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with pipe repairs. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Louisville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
