Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Amberfield Timber Medical Group designs and makes medical devices in Miami. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for training materials. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with device records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Miami. • We reply to every applicant.
