Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Bluepeak Stone Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around Portland. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 25 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for survey data. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with fare systems. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Portland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
