Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Northwind Wren Care Services is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on regulatory reporting for client records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for client records. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with licensing. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in San Diego. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
