Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Redstone Maple Medical designs and makes medical devices in Chicago, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for device records. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with clinical evaluations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Chicago. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
