Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Bright Rowan Banking Services is a regional lender in Detroit with branches and a growing mobile service. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for fraud alerts. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with account openings. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Detroit. • We reply to every applicant.
