Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Fernwood Wren Care Services provides in-home and community support in Indianapolis, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 130 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for family communication. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with caregiver training. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Indianapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
