Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Summit Construction Group and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be regulatory reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 521 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for safety records. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with change orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
