Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Foxglove Cobalt Construction is a Reno contractor with project managers, trades and support staff, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 24 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for materials orders. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with change orders. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Reno. • We reply to every applicant.
