Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Summit Haven Insurance is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on regulatory reporting for customer complaints, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for customer complaints. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with claims. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Anchorage. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
