Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

We are growing our team at Northwind Bridge Care Services and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be regulatory reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 988 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for care plans. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with visit scheduling. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Denver. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
