Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

We are growing our team at Bright Stone Telecom and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be regulatory reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for field visits. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with service installations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Columbus. • We reply to every applicant.
