Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Nova Oak Foods Partners is a Memphis food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. Food safety is non-negotiable and we train for it. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for customer specifications. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with ingredient orders. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Memphis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
