Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Basin Foods and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be regulatory reporting. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for ingredient orders. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with allergen controls. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Oakland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
