Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Redstone Mill Civic Services works with county and city offices around Milwaukee, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for constituent requests. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with budget submissions. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Milwaukee. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
