Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Ironwood Amber Medical Group designs and makes medical devices in Detroit, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for regulatory submissions. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with complaint handling. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Detroit. • We reply to every applicant.
