Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Lumen Linden Civic Services Group works with county and city offices around Tulsa. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 58 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for case files. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with permits. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Tulsa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
