Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Harborlight Fern Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Des Moines. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for fleet maintenance. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with weigh tickets. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Des Moines. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
