Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Fernwood Juniper Transit Planning Associates plans bus and rail service for cities around Tulsa, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for survey data. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with route schedules. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Tulsa. • We reply to every applicant.
