Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Summit Cobalt Construction Partners delivers building projects for owners across the Des Moines region. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 48 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for materials orders. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with subcontractor invoices. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Des Moines. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
