Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Fernwood Stone Transit Planning helps transport agencies around Toledo design routes and schedules, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 92 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for fare systems. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with route schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Toledo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
