Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Harborlight Sable Insurance is an insurance company in Birmingham with claims and service teams, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. We care about how people feel on the worst day of their year. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for premium billing. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with underwriting files. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Birmingham. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
