Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

We are growing our team at Bright Cedar Inspection Services and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be regulatory reporting. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for scheduling. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with equipment calibration. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Wichita. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
