Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Foxglove Meridian Environmental Services is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on regulatory reporting for landfill records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Early starts and steady work; we look after our drivers. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for landfill records. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with recycling loads. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Knoxville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
