Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Rivermark Fern Energy Group delivers power and gas plans across the Cincinnati region. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 43 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for billing disputes. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with hardship programmes. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Cincinnati. • We reply to every applicant.
